• Before the First Lesson: If you wish to cancel your subscription before attending the first scheduled lesson, you are eligible for a full refund.
• Within 7 Days of the First Lesson: If you have attended your first lesson and are not satisfied with the course, you may request a refund within 7 days. A partial refund will be issued for the remaining lessons of the month (after deducting any administrative fees if applicable).
• No Refund After 7 Days: No refunds will be provided after 7 days of your first lesson. If you are dissatisfied with the course after this period, we encourage you to contact us to discuss alternative solutions.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• If you paid via a third-party platform (such as PayPal), the refund will be issued to your PayPal account.

• Any processing or administrative fees.
• If you have received downloadable materials or content during the lesson(s), those will be considered part of the course and may not be refunded once accessed.
